Photoshop Tips - Creating Water Color Effect

Simple steps to create a water color effect on a photo:
1. Open the image in photoshop.
2. Duplicate a layer of the original image.
3. Apply Gaussian Blur (Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur).
4. In the Layers palette (with the duplicated layer selected), change the Blend Mode to Darken.

These steps can be easily found in google, but I just want to jot it down here for the ease of my own searching. I'm not the kind with good memory, so, it might helps when I jotting it down.
